Our Accessibility Statement
Last updated: October 2026
Mainstitutions Septic wants mainstitutions.help to work for everyone, including people with disabilities. This statement describes how we approach that. It is a general template, not legal advice.
Our Goal
We aim to make this site usable by as many people as we can. We work toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, a widely used standard for accessible websites.
Steps We Take
To support accessibility, we try to:
- Organize pages with clear headings in a sensible order
- Add text descriptions to images that carry meaning
- Keep text easy to read with strong color contrast
- Let visitors move through the site using only a keyboard
- Build pages that fit phones, tablets and computers
- Use plain, simple wording
- Label every form field clearly
Where We Fall Short
Some parts of the site may not fully meet these standards yet. Material from third parties, such as embedded tools, may be outside our control. We check the site from time to time and repair problems as we find them.
Other Ways to Get Help
If part of this site is hard to use, you can still get help. Request a callback to speak with a provider, or email contact@mainstitutions.help and we will do our part to assist.
Tell Us What You Found
We welcome your feedback on how accessible the site is. Email contact@mainstitutions.help and let us know:
- Which page or feature gave you trouble
- What happened and what you expected
- The browser, device or assistive technology you used, if you know
We will read your message and aim to reply within a few business days.
Always Improving
Accessibility is ongoing work. As we update the site, we will keep it in mind and keep making things better.
